Refund policy

As a small business, we take great care in crafting high-quality products that we hope you’ll love. Due to our size and the individual attention given to each item, we are unable to accept returns for a change of heart once we fulfill your order. We encourage you to review all details carefully before purchasing and to reach out with any questions.

You may request refund/cancellation of order before the shipping attempt is made and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Thank you for supporting our business and understanding our policies.

Each of our soaps is handmade and hand-cut, resulting in unique variations. No two soaps are exactly alike, so slight differences in design from the photos cannot be grounds for a return or refund. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out to us at cottonbubblesoap@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Our 10-day return policy allows you to request a return/refund within 10 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition—unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return request is accepted due to the damages/issues regarding the products, we will take care of the return shipping cost, and share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Any damages to the free items will not be accepted for reasons for exchange or return or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (damages or wrong item issues only)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that in case we are out of stock on the items you wish to exchange, we will provide refunds.

Refunds (damages or wrong item issues only)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
